UN calls for measures to protect civilians after Zelenskyy's threats on Russian civil aviation

The UN is calling for all necessary measures to prevent harm to civilians and civilian infrastructure following Zelenskyy's threats regarding civil aviation in Russian airspace. This was stated by UN Secretary-General's official spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric.
