Unknown ship with English-speaking armed men attacks Ecuadorian fishing vessels

An unknown ship attacked two Ecuadorian fishing vessels with a drone carrying explosives and detained their crews, CNN reports. The fishermen were later handed over to the Salvadoran coast guard. Armed men from the attacking vessel spoke English, and some wore patches with the US flag. The US Department of Defense and the CIA declined to comment on the incident.
