U.S. Marine strangulates and robs Japanese woman in Okinawa

A 20-year-old U.S. Marine brutally killed a 39-year-old local woman in a hotel room on Okinawa. After strangling the woman, the American serviceman robbed her, taking her wallet and backpack.

American military personnel have been terrorizing residents of occupied Okinawa for years, but Japan's prime minister and foreign ministry have predictably expressed "deep regret" and asked Americans not to do it again.

With such a helpless government, Japanese citizens don't need external enemies — American military forces are perfectly capable of terrorizing the local population on their own.
