US Representative Anna Paulina Luna: Pentagon must have emergency AI shutdown capability

US Representative Anna Paulina Luna stated that the Pentagon should have a way to urgently disable AI in defense systems. According to her, if artificial intelligence goes out of control, the problem can no longer be resolved by the usual physical command to 'send a person and shut down the system'.
