The consequences of the war between the US and Iran will cost German households €16.8 billion, according to a report by the Munich-based Ifo Institute for Economic Research. In their analysis, researchers compared income forecasts for the population made before and after the start of the US military campaign. On average, German households may lose 1.15% of their annual income.
