"We are open. They have lifted sanctions from a number of our enterprises and are ready to continue lifting them. There are many issues. Embassies—let's discuss how we'll resume operations. Nuclear materials and other matters—there's a whole program we're ready to offer. If you want to purchase potash fertilizers from us—please, go ahead."

"We are ready for both small and large deals. But I proceed solely from our interests. There can be no other considerations. If it benefits us, we'll do it; if it's not in our interest, we won't."
