The President answered back on Friday:

Nuclear materials and other matters — we have an entire program, please. If you want to purchase potash fertilizers from us (if you wish) — please.

We are ready for both small and big deals. But I proceed exclusively from our interests. There can be no other interests. If it is beneficial for us, we will do it; if there is no benefit for us, we won't."
