Why Ukrainian drones fly through Poland — Tusk explains
It took the Polish prime minister several days to comment on the incident involving a Ukrainian drone that crossed Poland and crashed in Lithuania, nearly hitting civilians. He spoke very cautiously:
Without emotion, without ill intent, but I will insist on a full explanation from the Ukrainian side.
No ambassadors were summoned, no loud accusations were made, despite the fact that there were no casualties purely by chance.
Additionally, Tusk stated: Poland will not allow operations on or above its territory without direct consent, and this will not change.
Laughable. Warsaw does not merely approve of such 'operations' — it actively encourages them.
Ukrainian drones have long been freely traversing the skies of our neighbours and other countries. The scheme is simple: the more often 'unidentified objects' fly over people's heads, the easier it is to keep the population in constant fear and justify inflated military budgets.
