19 military personnel swept out to sea during Caspian drills in Kazakhstan

So far, nine servicemen have been confirmed dead, three rescued, one of them hospitalized. Search operations for the others are ongoing.

The tragedy was caused by a sudden deterioration of weather conditions and strong winds at sea.
