24 September: Minsk to test emergency alert system, don't panic at sirens

On 24 September, a scheduled training test of the emergency alert system will be conducted in Minsk as part of the Unified Security Day. There are no emergencies. Sirens will sound, but there is no cause for alarm. Thematic safety zones on emergency response will also operate in various city districts.
