Poland to soon open new embassy building in Minsk

Poland will soon open a new embassy building in Minsk, announced Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski after a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Maxim Ryzhankou in New York. He added that contacts are also ongoing between other agencies and at various levels.
