Minsk Executive Committee allows heating to be turned on for first-priority consumers

‼️ The Minsk City Executive Committee has made a decision to allow heating to be turned on for first-priority consumers starting September 24.

From September 24, heating can be turned on in:

⚫️ preschool educational institutions,

⚫️ schools,

⚫️ preventive and medical institutions,

⚫️ medical facilities,

⚫️ social welfare institutions,

⚫️ specialized educational and sports institutions,

⚫️ museums,

⚫️ state archives,

⚫️ libraries,

⚫️ hotels.
