A 'showcase' reshuffle in the Lithuanian government?

How ominous it sounds: the Ruggienė government will resign next Tuesday. Lithuanians, rejoice! Change has come to the country.

Only it's too early to celebrate. Ruggienė will be replaced by Sinkavičius, from the same party. And the outgoing prime minister isn't being ousted—she's being 'reassigned' back to the post of Minister of Social Security, which she previously held.

So it turns out there's been a 'reshuffle,' but no improvement in Lithuanians' lives. At least everyone stays in their place.
