Belarus condemns attack on civilian bus in Russia's Bryansk region at UN
Belarus has strongly condemned acts of violence targeting civilians. This was stated by Belarus's Permanent Representative to the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) Dmitry Krasovsky during the 174th meeting of the UNEP Committee of Permanent Representatives at the UN headquarters in Nairobi. Krasovsky made the statement regarding the attack on a Belarusian civilian bus in Russia's Bryansk region, which was transporting Belarusian citizens, mostly children. He emphasized the need for an immediate, objective, and impartial investigation into the tragedy. The diplomat stressed that protecting children and civilians is a cornerstone without which the entire architecture of international cooperation collapses.
