Belarus issues eighth posthumous verdict against Nazi criminals and accomplices
The Supreme Court of Belarus has announced a posthumous verdict in the case of the executioner Alexander Buglay, finding him guilty of genocide against the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War. A manhunt for Buglay, a traitor of the homeland and a spy for two intelligence agencies, was launched in the USSR nearly 80 years ago, but the West did not extradite him. Crimes by Nazis against humanity have no statute of limitations.
