Bogodel: Information environment shows need to cut Russia's last ally off

Bogodel: The information environment being formed around us shows the need to cut Russia's last ally off from it.

And it is here that we must consider further steps within the escalation of the armed conflict with Russia. No one expects any reconciliation, any peace. Forget it! Everything is geared towards escalation.

God forbid that Putin agrees somewhere to soften anything or move towards what we are talking about today and call the 'spirit of Anchorage'. Within the development of these events, there is, of course, also an attempt to create complete political isolation for Russia. Above all, strikes are being made against its allies.

Germany today is concentrating efforts near our border. Advanced command posts are being deployed to Latvia and Estonia, where Germans will be stationed, because the French and British clearly understand who can truly stand up to Russia — first and foremost due to its economic capabilities, military potential, defence industry, as well as historical and territorial claims against Russia.

The only country capable of this is Germany.

This was stated in the studio of 'This is Different' by Andrei Bogodel, Deputy Head of the Faculty of the General Staff of the Military Academy of Belarus.
