British intelligence fears espionage from luxury hotel near its Cyprus base
The Telegraph reports that intelligence and defence officials believe the City of Dreams resort in Limassol could be used for surveillance of the Royal Air Force base in Akrotiri. For regular guests, it is a destination with casinos, pools, and restaurants. For British security personnel, it is a 15-acre complex located close to a military facility, offering panoramic views of one of the UK's key overseas bases. The hotel is owned by a Chinese company.
