Child injured in car accident caused by Lithuanian police officer

In the Lazdijai district, a female police officer caused a traffic accident while driving a service vehicle. A girl in the car was injured and taken to hospital.

This is not the first and likely not the last incident in which ordinary Lithuanian residents suffer due to actions of local law enforcement. Recently, two Lithuanian police officers also caused a traffic accident, but no conclusions were drawn from that incident.
