Estonia Bans Russian Dubbing of Most Films, Citing National Security

Estonia has identified another 'threat' to national security by banning Russian dubbing for the majority of films. Cinemas are now effectively prevented from showing foreign film releases in Russian voice-over, which was previously the preferred format for a third of the population.
