Estonia cannot hire 4,000 nurses due to lack of training funding

The Ministry of Social Affairs is seeking funds. Through a medical service providers' competition, they raised 292,292 euros, and another 73,000 euros were found in a different project related to nurses.

However, this year 750,000 euros are required to meet the demand, which has not yet been secured.
