Estonian college enrolls only half of target after Russian-language teaching ban
Due to a shortage of 500 students, the management of the Ida-Viru Vocational Education Centre (IVKHK) has extended the application deadline until August 1. In Estonia, since last year, all programs in Russian have become paid, unlike programs in the state language. The cost of studying at IVKHK ranges from €2000 to €5000 per year.
