EU Must Be Able to Counter Hybrid Threats by 2030, Says European Council President

By 2030, the European Union must have the capacity to deliver a coordinated response to hybrid threats, stated European Council President António Costa. According to him, member states, the European Commission, and other European institutions are already working together to establish such a unified response mechanism.
