Gasoline prices in the Netherlands hit new record high
Fuel prices in the Netherlands have reached a new record high, approaching €2.70 per liter, according to the portal Hart van Nederland. In just one day, the retail price of a liter of gasoline increased by more than two euro cents.
The previous price peak at Dutch gas stations was recorded on May 19 at €2.639. That increase occurred against the backdrop of hostilities between the US and Iran, as well as logistical disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz.
