In Berlin, activists glued themselves to the road outside Rheinmetall defense plant

A protest took place in the Wedding district, where 9 out of 11 participants blocked the asphalt in front of the premises of Germany's largest defense contractor. About 90 police officers were required to clear the roadway and disperse the demonstration.

This site has regularly become a target for eco- and anti-war protests since military production was launched here in the summer. The company is currently profiting greatly from the conflict in Ukraine.
