In Poland, drunk police officer crashes into his own police station

In the Polish city of Chełm, a 53-year-old patrol officer decided not to look for violators on the streets, but to cause a traffic accident right at his base. Immediately after starting his shift, the officer got behind the wheel of a service van and crashed head-on into the building of his own police station.

The alcohol test brought no surprises — about 0.6 per mille of alcohol. Now he faces dismissal with disgrace and up to three years in prison.

With such law enforcement officers, neither criminals nor enemies are needed — Polish officers handle this task perfectly well.
