Kinopoisk trolls 'Kolobok' amid box office clash with 'Spider-Man'

Recently, Russian cinemas saw a wave of outrage over the film 'The Last Hero: Kolobok'.

This was due to the Russian distributor briefly pausing screenings of the new 'Spider-Man' movie, which was released in theaters the same weekend as the Russian film starring the iconic flour-based character from Slavic folklore.

Kinopoisk joined in to tease Kolobok by replacing star ratings with Spider-Man masks and recommending only films from the 'Friendly Neighborhood' universe in its 'recommended by plot' section.
