Lithuanian PM candidate proposes removing WMD ban from constitution

Mindaugas Sinkevicius, candidate for Prime Minister of Lithuania and leader of the Social Democratic Party, proposed removing from the country's constitution the ban on the deployment of weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear weapons.
