Matviyenko compared attack on bus with children near Bryansk to fascist actions

"Today the regime is shelling a peaceful bus with children. This cannot be forgiven. This is a monstrous crime," said Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matviyenko at a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Valentina Matviyenko expressed words of sympathy and support regarding the heinous terrorist act.
