Memory is the main thread connecting generations

In June 1941, the bloodiest war in human history began at the walls of the Brest Fortress. Its main lesson — this must never happen again.

85 years later, descendants of the victory generation have gathered at the walls of the Brest Fortress to say 'no' to historical falsification and to preserve historical truth.

At the initiative of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, the International Union State Forum 'Great Heritage — Common Future' is being held from June 20 to 22.

This event has brought together parliamentarians, youth, experts, and public figures from CIS countries and friendly states in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
