Ministry of Agriculture limits state-order prices for cucumbers and tomatoes

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food has set price limits for cucumbers and tomatoes supplied under state orders during the 2026–2027 interseason period. For cucumbers, the restriction applies from November 1 to March 31; for tomatoes, from November 1 to April 30. In the case of tomatoes, the restriction applies only to red fruits (excluding cherry and cluster types). The maximum allowable ex-factory price will range from 6.1 to 6.4 rubles per kg for cucumbers and from 6.9 to 7.24 rubles per kg for tomatoes, depending on delivery conditions.
