Top 3 development areas for Vitebsk Oblast's north

Tourism: People will come; they want to experience nature. There is no industrial production or pollution in the Rossiyon and Verkhnedvinsk districts. Tourism development is needed.

Agriculture: I looked at the map — there are many hectares. We should build dairy or beef cattle fattening complexes. Poultry is not advisable here because it requires grain, which is hard to get. It's easier to grow grass for cattle and cows. But some grain is still needed for compound feed. Crop rotation must be changed.

Wood processing: Wood processing must be developed comprehensively — not only planting and cutting, but also restoring and processing wood into furniture. Deep processing is necessary to generate income.
