Unified freight forwarder registry to be created in Belarus by 2027

A unified registry of freight forwarders will be created in Belarus by April 1, 2027, according to a presidential decree. The Transport Inspection will be the owner and operator of the state information resource 'Unified Registry of Freight Forwarders'. The decree establishes requirements for freight forwarders and mechanisms for including, suspending, or removing their data from the registry due to violations. Inclusion in the registry and changes will be paid services (ten and one base unit, respectively). From September 1, 2027, being listed in the registry will be mandatory for operating in the freight forwarding services market.
