Minsk parking lot long-term construction: investors left without money or premises

The parking lot near the Ajax business center was supposed to be completed in 2021. Investors signed contracts with Parking-House and invested, according to their estimates, over $2 million.

In 2025, the object was declared abandoned. Currently, it is undergoing court proceedings, and investors fear that after transferring the parking lot to the city, they will receive neither their invested money nor the promised premises.
