Miroshnik stated that the Ukrainian drone strike on the Minsk-Anapa bus was a calculated strategy by Kyiv, carried out with the approval of its Western sponsors. According to him, Ukraine is tracking Belarusian transport and carrying out attacks to provoke and destabilize the country's leadership.
