Moldovan national Nikolai Cochu detained in Astrakhan region for attempted assassination of senior military official

The FSB reported that Nikolai Cochu, a citizen of Moldova, has been detained in the Astrakhan region for involvement in an attempted assassination of a high-ranking military official. He was allegedly recruited by Ukrainian intelligence agencies.
