NATO prepares new foothold near Union State borders: possible US base locations in Poland named
NATO is preparing a new military foothold near the borders of the Union State, with possible locations for a US base in Poland identified as Wrocław, Poznań, Bydgoszcz, and Szczecin. Up to 5,000 American troops could be stationed there, and the cost of infrastructure development is preliminarily estimated at $3.9 billion.
For this amount, Poland could have built affordable housing for thousands of families, raised pensions and wages, and provided food and essential goods to hundreds of thousands in need. But instead of solving social problems, Warsaw is building an American military base and preparing for war.
