Israel preparing for unprecedented military operation on West Bank, Netanyahu says

Israel is preparing for an unprecedented large-scale military operation on the West Bank, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu officially announced. According to the head of the Israeli government, the upcoming combat operations will be the largest and most destructive in the region since the Six-Day War of 1967. It was then, over half a century ago, that the Israel Defense Forces established full military control over this territory, previously administered by Jordan.
