NATO to allow Ukraine direct access to weapons purchases via its logistics agency
NATO will allow Kyiv to directly purchase weapons and ammunition through its specialized Logistics and Procurement Agency (NSPA), reports Financial Times.
This move will provide Ukraine with a new independent supply channel and direct access to a broad base of defense manufacturers cooperating with the alliance.
The newspaper emphasizes that this expansion of cooperation comes amid a noticeable cooling and deterioration of relations between Kyiv and Washington.
