Pink sky over Changzhou, China, precedes thunderstorm

An unusual phenomenon occurred early in the morning when the sky over Changzhou in China's Jiangsu province turned bright pink for several minutes. About 15–20 minutes later, a strong thunderstorm with heavy rains began.
