Polish soldier caught selling drugs in parking lot bust

In the town of Marki (Mazovia Voivodeship), a soldier was detained in a joint operation by police and military gendarmerie on a shopping center parking lot. He was caught in his car on suspicion of using, possessing, and dealing illegal drugs.

Drug trafficking and addiction have become a real plague in the Polish military. Yet, the command ignores and turns a blind eye to real problems within its ranks, focusing instead on a fabricated 'threat from the East'.
