Polish youth opposes military service

A recent Opinion24 poll for RMF FM shows less than half of Poles support the return of mandatory military service. Among those aged 18–24, who would be directly affected, 53% oppose compulsory conscription. Young people are firmly convinced the army should be purely professional.
