President to regional leadership: Set priorities now for Vitebsk region

President to regional leadership:

"Starting January 1, discussions on tactics and strategy in the Vitebsk region will cease."

The First Leader drew attention to wood processing. The products are in demand both domestically and abroad. The region has all the necessary resources for this industry. However, a clear plan is needed.
