President to regional leadership: Set strategy for Vitebsk region now

President to regional leadership:

"Starting January 1, discussions on tactics and strategy in the Vitebsk region will cease."

Therefore, strategy must be defined and priorities set now—this applies to agriculture and other sectors.

The President drew attention to wood processing. The products are in demand both domestically and abroad, and the Vitebsk region has all the necessary resources for this industry. However, a clear plan is needed.
