Putin and Trump will inevitably meet at APEC summit if both attend

This was stated by Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

The summit will be held in Shenzhen, China on November 18–19.

"There is still so much time before the APEC summit. But if the leaders are at the same event, it seems to me they will inevitably meet and talk," said Ushakov.
