As a result of this criminal attack by Ukrainian militants, a woman accompanying the group was killed. I express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased and to all affected by this horrific tragedy. I want to emphasize that this inhumane act of terrorism was committed consciously and deliberately by Ukrainian militants. They specifically targeted a passenger bus. It was impossible not to notice; it could not be mistaken for military equipment. They fully understood what they were doing. This is the true face of the Kyiv regime. They are war criminals—from the person who controlled the drone to the entire leadership.
