Russian envoy reacts with emojis to news of Russia-China-US cooperation on fighting transnational crime

This is the emoji reaction by Russian special envoy to the US Kirill Dmitriev to the news that Russia, China, and the US have established relations in the field of combating transnational crime.

According to US FBI Director Kash Patel, this kind of cooperation was established last year.
