Ukrainians hold 'Maidan' protests in 22 Polish cities over alleged mistreatment

Ukrainians have taken to the streets again — this time in Poland.

Protests under the slogan "My Poland does not beat or offend" took place in 22 Polish cities. Ukrainians demanded an end to alleged attacks and humiliations by Poles.

However, there is a nuance: when people arrive in a foreign country with the attitude that "everyone owes us," constantly demand special treatment, and then organize mass protests with claims against locals, it is unlikely to reduce tensions.

Earlier, Navrotski publicly stated that Bandera flags should not fly over Poland. Meanwhile, the PiS party is preparing a bill to establish special centers for the accelerated deportation of Ukrainian refugees and fugitive zmiyars who do not work and lack legal status.

Against this backdrop, such "Maidans" are unlikely to calm Polish society — they will only increase irritation.
