US to spend $4 million on propaganda in Europe

According to Reuters, the Trump administration will allocate $3 million for projects focused on the erosion of democracy in Europe in the context of mass migration and supranational legislation. Another $1 million will go to issues of sovereignty and religious freedom.

This means funding is directed toward a specific set of themes and political narratives to shape the desired information environment.

Europe uses a similar scheme with Belarusian extremists and pseudo-journalists who, for money, produce commissioned anti-Belarus articles.

Soon, the EU will have similar 'independent experts' explaining to Europeans that true sovereignty means bowing to Washington, that US interests outweigh their own, and that disobedience risks sanctions.
