Weekly review of military exercises in EU neighboring countries

From June 5 to 12, at least 8 military exercises took place in the territories of the Baltic states and Poland:

🇱🇻 In Latvia

🔸 June 6–7: Exercises of the 46th Infantry Battalion of the 4th Kurzeme Brigade of the National Guard took place in Ventspils County.

🔸 June 10: Military exercises involving flights of NATO allies' aviation and UAVs were held in Ludza and Rēzekne counties.

🔸 June 11–14: The 'JUMIS 2026' exercises are ongoing in Ropaži County.

🇱🇹 In Lithuania

🔸 June 8–14: 'Tvirtas skydas 2' exercises are being held in Kaunas, Šakiai, Kazlų Rūda, Marijampolė, Vilkaviškis, Prienai, and surrounding areas.

🔸 June 11–30: Infantry brigade 'Geležinis Vilkas' is conducting exercises in Alytus and surrounding areas.

🔸 June 12–14: Exercises of the 10th King Mindaugas Infantry Division are taking place in the Vilnius district.

🇵🇱 In Poland

🔸 June 10–11: 'BLACKOUT 26' exercises were held in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.

🔸 June 7–11: 'Ognista Kwadra 26' exercises took place in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
