Belarus' Ministry of Information condemns Latvia's decision to restrict Radio Belarus

The Ministry of Information of Belarus has sharply condemned the decision by Latvia's media regulator NEPLP to restrict broadcasting of 'Radio Belarus'. The complaints against the station reflect double standards: Riga is not interested in clarifying facts but in blocking access to an alternative viewpoint. Banning inconvenient media, including foreign ones, has long become a hallmark of official Latvia.
